This part has been specially designed for all Sherco 2017 - 2024 Off-road / Enduro dirt bikes (250cc to 500cc) 2 stroke and 4 stroke models.

Installation WITH tail light plastic:

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Rear Lift strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (40mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 02 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the bolt to the washer.

2. Insert the bolt into the 2nd hole of the Strap (2nd hole from the tip).

3. Insert the bolt to the aluminum spacer.

4. Tighten the bolt to the dirt bike.

5. Repeat on the other side.

 

Note: Please take a look at the pictures for correct installation. Also, we recommend to add a small drop of Loctite (242 Blue) on the bolts to keep them always secured.

 

Installation WITHOUT tail light plastic:

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Rear Lift strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (25mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 02 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the bolt to the washer.

2. Insert the bolt to the 2nd hole of the Strap (2nd hole from the tip).

3. Insert the bolt to the aluminum spacer.

4. Tighten the bolt to the dirt bike.

5. Repeat on the other side.

 

Note: Please take a look at the pictures for correct installation. Also, we recommend to add a small drop of Loctite (242 Blue) on the bolts to keep them always secured.
