This part has been specially designed for all Husqvarna 2020 - 2027 Off-road / Enduro dirt bikes (250cc to 500cc) 2 stroke and 4 stroke models.

REAR STRAP FOR ALL HUSQVARNA 2020-2023 EXCEPT TX/FX 2023

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (25mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 04 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the bolt to the washer.

2. Insert the bolt to the 3rd hole of the strap (3rd from the tip).

3. Insert the bolt to a 2nd washer and then to the aluminum spacer.

4. Tighten the bolt to the dirt bike (lower attachment point).

5. Repeat on the other side.

 

REAR STRAP FOR TX/FX 2023-2027

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (25mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 04 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the bolt to the washer.

2. Insert the bolt to the 3rd hole (3rd hole from the tip).

3. Insert the bolt to a 2nd washer and then to the aluminum spacer.

4. Fix the bolt to the bike (upper attachment point).

5. Repeat on the other side.

 

REAR STRAP FOR HUSQVARNA TE 2024-2027

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (25mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 04 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions WITHOUT tail light plastic:

 

1. Insert the bolt to the washer.

2. Insert the bolt to the 3rd hole (3rd hole from the tip).

3. Insert the bolt to a 2nd washer and then to the aluminum spacer.

4. Fix the bolt to the bike (upper attachment point).

5. Repeat on the other side.

 

Installation Instructions WITH tail light plastic:

 

1. Insert the bolt to the washer.

2. Insert the bolt to the 1st hole (1st hole from the tip).

3. Insert the bolt to a 2nd washer and then to the aluminum spacer.

4. Fix the bolt to the bike (lower attachment point).

5. Repeat on the other side.

 

Installation Tips:

 

- Please take a look at the pictures for correct installation.

 

- We recommend to add a small drop of Loctite (242 Blue) on the bolts to keep them always secured.

Avoid directing a full stream of high-pressure water onto the strap. Concentrated, full-force water pressure can cause damage over time. We recommend spot-cleaning the strap using low-pressure rinsing.

- Bolt Security: We recommend adding a small drop of Loctite (242 Blue) on the bolts to keep them always secured.
