This part has been specially designed for all KTM 2020 - 2026 Off-road / Enduro dirt bikes 2 stroke and 4 stroke models (250cc to 500cc).

REAR STRAP FOR ALL MODELS 2020-2023 EXCEPT XC/SX

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (40mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 04 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the hex head screw to the washer and then to the 3rd hole (3rd hole from the tip of the strap).

2. Insert the hex head screw to a second washer and then to the aluminum spacer.

3. Fix the head head screw under the fender.

4. Repeat on the other side.

 

REAR STRAP FOR 2020-2023 XC/SX MODELS

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (25mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 04 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the hex head screw to the washer and then to the 2nd hole (2nd hole from the tip of the strap).

2. Insert the hex head screw to a second washer and then to the aluminum spacer.

3. Fix the hex head screw under the fender.

4. Repeat on the other side.

 

REAR STRAP FOR ALL 2024 MODELS EXCEPT XC/SX

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (40mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 02 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

- 04 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the hex head screw to the washer and then to the 1st hole (1st hole from the tip of the strap).

2. Insert the hex head screw to a second washer and then to 2 aluminum spacers.

3. Fix the hex head screw under the fender.

4. Repeat on the other side.

 

REAR STRAP FOR 2024-2026 XC/SX MODELS

 

Use the following Hardware:

 

- 01 Strap.

- 02 Hex Head Screws (25mm).

- 02 Aluminum Spacers.

- 04 Washers.

 

Installation Instructions:

 

1. Insert the hex head screw to the washer and then to the 1st hole (1st hole from the tip of the strap).

2. Insert the hex head screw to a second washer and then to the aluminum spacer.

3. Fix the hex head screw under the fender.

4. Repeat on the other side.

 

Installation Tips:

 

- To ensure the tire doesn't come into contact with the strap, during installation position the strap towards the front of the bike. This will help prevent the strap from twisting or turning towards the back when you tighten it.

 

- We recommend to add a small drop of Loctite (242 Blue) on the bolts to keep them always secured.

 

- If you have Acerbis plastics installed on your 2020-23 dirt bike, use the 2nd hole for an adequate fitment (2nd hole from the tip).

This warranty does not cover damage or breakage caused by improper installation, failure to follow provided instructions, or lack of proper clearance on soft suspension setups. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, as that does not affect the functional strength of the strap.

Avoid directing a full stream of high-pressure water onto the strap. Concentrated, full-force water pressure can cause damage over time. We recommend spot-cleaning the strap using low-pressure rinsing.

- Tire Clearance: To ensure the tire doesn't come into contact with the strap, during installation position the strap towards the front of the bike. This will help prevent the strap from twisting or turning towards the back when you tighten it.

 

- Bolt Security: We recommend adding a small drop of Loctite (242 Blue) on the bolts to keep them always secured.

- Acerbis Plastics (2020-23): If you have Acerbis plastics installed on your 2020-23 dirt bike, use the 2nd hole for an adequate fitment (2nd hole from the tip).
