REAR STRAP (ALL MODELS 2017-2019 EXCEPT XC/SX 2019)
Use the following Hardware:
- 01 Strap.
- 02 25mm Hex Head Screws.
- 04 Washers.
- 02 Aluminum Spacers.
Installation Instructions:
1. Insert the bolt to the washer.
2. Insert the bolt with the washer to the 2nd hole of the strap (2nd hole from the tip).
3. Insert the bolt to the 2nd washer.
4. Insert the bolt to the aluminum spacer.
5. Tighten the bolt to the dirt bike.
6. Repeat on the other side.
REAR STRAP (ONLY FOR 2017-2018 XC/SX MODELS)
Use the following Hardware:
- 01 Strap.
- 02 25mm Hex Head Screws.
- 04 Washers.
- 02 Aluminum Spacers.
Installation Instructions:
The rear pull strap must be fixed under the fender using the factory cupped washer, then the unthreaded aluminum spacer, then a washer, then the strap (2nd hole from the tip), then a 2nd washer and finally the bolt.
REAR STRAP (ONLY FOR 2019 XC/SX MODELS)
Use the following Hardware:
- 01 Strap.
- 02 25mm Hex Head Screws.
- 02 Aluminum Spacers.
- 04 Washers.
Installation Instructions:
1. Insert the hex head screw to the washer.
2. Insert the hex head screw to the 2nd hole (2nd hole from the tip of the strap).
3. Insert the bolt to a 2nd washer and then to the aluminum spacer.
4. Fix the head head screw under the fender.
5. Repeat on the other side.
Installation Tips:
- Please take a look at the pictures for correct installation.
- We recommend to add a small drop of Loctite (242 Blue) on the bolts to keep them always secured.
- To ensure the tire doesn't come into contact with the strap, during installation position the strap towards the front of the bike. This will help prevent the strap from twisting or turning towards the back when you tighten it.
