- Lightweight & built to endure.
- Easy & fast installation.
- 100% Double nylon.

This part has been specially designed for Husqvarna 2014 - 2027 Off-road/Enduro dirt bikes all 2T & 4T models.
Fitment Notes:
- It may also fit others.
- If the front suspension fork arm of the dirt bike (under the lower clamp) has a maximum diameter of 2.36” / 6 cm, the strap should fit properly.
- This item may not fit without modifications on other motorcycles.
Use the following Hardware:
01 Front Strap (01 main + 02 secondary).
02 Stainless Steel Bolts.
02 Stainless Steel Lock Nuts.
04 Stainless Steel Fender Washers.
04 Nylon Washers.
04 Zip ties.
Installation Instructions:
1. Attach the secondary strap: Take one of the small straps and wrap it around the bike's fork, just below the triple clamp. Make sure the tips of the strap are facing forward.
2. Position the main strap: Place the main strap between the two ends of the secondary strap.
3. Prepare the bolt: Slide a stainless steel washer and then a black nylon washer onto one of the bolts.
4. Insert the bolt: Push the bolt through all three aligned holes from the inside of the mount, so the rounded head of the bolt is on the inside.
5. Add the final washers: On the other side of the bolt, add another black nylon washer followed by a stainless steel washer.
6. Hand-tighten the nut: Screw the stainless steel nut onto the bolt. Don't tighten it completely; just leave it loose enough so you can still move the main strap to adjust its angle later. This also leaves room to add at the back the zip ties for the secondary straps.
7. Attach the first zip tie: Loop a zip tie around the fork just above the triple clamp as shown on the picture.
8. Attach the second zip tie: Take a second zip tie and thread it from the back, under the secondary strap, and connect it to the first zip tie you just installed.
9. Finalize the installation: Adjust the position of the zip ties to secure the secondary strap and keep it always in place, then tighten the bolts and nuts firmly to lock the main strap in your desired angle/position.
10. Do the other side: Repeat the entire process for the other side of the bike.
Soft Suspension Setup & Clearance
If you run a soft suspension setup, the union between the main strap and the bolt may contact your fork guards during full compression. Failing to ensure proper clearance can cause the strap to break due to impact. If you run a soft setup, you must install the mount as suggested below to prevent damage:
- Option A: Rotate the entire mount assembly slightly outward so the strap union clears the guards.
- Option B: Trim the very top edge of the plastic fork guards to create a clear path for the hardware.
Important Notes:
1. Optimal Leverage Point: The front strap's intended and secure installation point is under the triple clamp as it ensures the strap is at the optimal angle for pulling, enhancing pulling leverage.
2. Prioritize the Brake Cable Side: Begin with the brake cable side first. Completing this side initially creates more working room, making the subsequent side easier to manage.
3. Utilize Lower Strap Positioning for Easier Assembly: To facilitate a smoother installation, start by positioning the strap lower on the fork since it narrows as you go down. Assemble all components loosely, just threading the bolts and nuts. Once assembled, slide the strap upward into its final desired position and then securely tighten the zip ties and all fasteners.
All of our straps are built to withstand the rigors of hard enduro riding. We offer a full 1-year product replacement guarantee that covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage or breakage caused by improper installation, failure to follow provided instructions, or lack of proper clearance on soft suspension setups. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, as that does not affect the functional strength of the strap.
- All Sales Are Final: All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Exception for Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please see our Warranty section.Avoid directing a full stream of high-pressure water onto the strap. Concentrated, full-force water pressure can cause damage over time. We recommend spot-cleaning the strap using low-pressure rinsing.
- Strap Alignment for Pulling: The front strap is primarily for receiving assistance from other riders. For maximum strength, ensure the main strap is angled to align with the direction of the pull.
- Soft Suspension Clearance: To prevent contact during full suspension compression on very soft setups, rotate the mount assembly slightly outward to move the strap bolts away from the fork guards. Alternatively, you can trim the upper tips of the plastic fork guards to ensure total clearance.
- Aftermarket Protectors: If you are using aftermarket plastic/carbon protectors or full-wrap guards, note that some brands may require minor trimming or modifications to achieve a proper, flush fit.
